WHO IS UNICLOUD?
Unicloud is a company who offers both Voice and Connectivity to Resellers.
Unicloud offers a Cloud PBX platform and emergency support services to Resellers including a central reseller management console where the reseller can setup PBX systems, view clients, manage accounts and maintain the customer relationship.
Unicloud also offers a Reseller portal where a reseller can check for connectivity feasibilities, coverage confirmation, select products, order, accept and authorise installation and follow the installation process. The reseller may then add on a profit margin and submit to their client. When the product is installed, the reseller may on bill the product.

Our reseller program is designed to place our resellers in control of the customer relationship, from invoicing and pricing to installation and support. We focus is on building a best-in-class product and assisting our resellers to deliver a best-in-class experience
WHAT DO I GET?
Access to a Voice and a Connectivity Management console
The reseller (TMS) management consoles allow resellers to centrally manage all customer accounts, make technical changes on and view usage history for both voice and connectivity clients.
Porting
The reseller submits porting documents to Unicloud to manage the process at no additional cost.
Geographic numbers
The reseller has access to geographic numbers.
OPTION 1
Manage your entire network
Resellers maintain full ownership of the billing relationship with their customers, just as you are used to with most on – premises technologies. This helps you maintain your central relationship with customers. We send you an invoice for each customer at the end of each month listing the license and call usage charges for your customers.
Every PABX account will have its own invoices and transaction history made out to your company. You are invoiced on the 31st of every month for the calls made during the current month. This monthly invoice will be debited on the 10th of the month thereafter. You are also charged for PABX per extension fees in advance.
Resellers on bill their clients including the profit margins for Calls, SIPS, Porting, Extensions, Connectivity and SLA’s. This flexibility enables partners to cleanly package an entire experience together with product and services.
OPTION 2
Assisted management of your network
Resellers maintain full ownership of their customers; however, we assist you with service and billing on your behalf. We simply invoice each customer at the end of each month with your company details as Reseller. We take our costs off and send you your profit margins.
This flexibility enables Resellers to offer a full solution and support experience together with product and services without maintaining a Technical or Administrative staff.
Source your own hardware or purchase from Unicloud
Unicloud offers IP phones, vibe routers, LTE or ADSL network routers and other equipment that is required by your customers or you may source your own hardware.

POPI Compliance
We take your & your clients protection of personal information very seriously. You may only send us your own personal information or the information of another data subject where you have their permission to do so. All your and your clients’ details are held in the cloud with appropriate firewalls.
As a reseller or user of our service, we may send administrative messages and email updates with information about new goods or services in which we think you may be interested. You can choose to opt-out of promotional emails.
We may disclose information as required by law or governmental audit and with the South African Information Regulator.
We will not sell personal information. No personal information will be disclosed to anyone except as provided in this privacy policy.
If we undergo a change in ownership, or a merger with, acquisition by, or sale of assets to another entity, we may assign our rights to the personal information we process to a successor, purchaser, or separate entity. If you are concerned about your personal information migrating to a new owner, you may request us to delete your personal information.
